Let's suppose Sark has a few drinks after a practice or game at a local bar, then has an accident driving home where someone is injured. Would the university be subject to civil litigation by the injured party if they knew he had a problem but took no action?
I am not a lawyer, but seems to me that treatment of some kind is a must-do as a risk mitigation.
