Didn't help the author's credibility when he used Rosen's game Saturday as evidence that a team can have a "good game statistically passing" as still lose.
Rosen completed 55% of his passes, went 3-14 on third down, lost 17 yards rushing, and averaged only 7.0 yards per pass and 6.25 per attempted pass. This netted him a deservedly low PER of 125 for the game.Â
Rosen did not have a good game, statistically or otherwise. I can't imagine a well-informed observer of football reaching any other conclusion.
