They would not. They cook pizza. Real pizza. Like please Lents in the north, pizza is meant to feed people quickly and cheaply. Both do an admirable job. Someone asked me recently, what is the national food of Italy? Spaghetti? I asked, where it Italy. Italy is not a complete nary in many senses. It is an amalgamation of disparate cultures. United, artificially, by the dialect of the Fiorintine.
