When reheating anything with a crust in the microwave, I like to use very low power (about a 2 or 3 setting). It doesn't change the texture as much that way. A large slice could take 90 seconds.

Per your earlier post, I thought "if it's loaded with topings" it's not pizza.

I don't know about "anything with a crust" but the best way to reheat pizza is in a frying pan. If loaded with toppings, cover until the top is hot, the crust will be crisp.
