Only specific thing I can think of relative to Shaw/staff -- and I know this is a stretch on the face of it -- is the chop blocks.

Or maybe he was just in a foul mood after realizing just how far he has to go to scale the mountain.  After seeing a little bit of the replay on TV, he certainly looked to be in a foul mood on the sideline during the game (even in the first half).
