This game showed us the resolve, together with the breadth of talent in Cardinal football. Up against an exceptionally well prepared, well coached, and motivated opponent, Stanford bent, but did not snap.  With much of the "O"'s confidence slapped back, the team found yet another way to win.  Kevin's legs and leadership helped to spark a recovery when it was absolutely necessary for a chance at victory.  I feel that this game experience for the team is the most important of the season thus far, and will boost their morale and poise for the next four... Yet, Powell finally missing was helpful, too, wasn't it..?
