Here's a Wilner summary. Some of it, for instance the part about NCAA "tend[ing]Â to uncover violations above and beyond the infractions initially alleged" and then citing a single case is Wilneresque, but near the bottom of the blog, he says "* The NCAA has launched an inquiry into the football programs relationship with Lyles an inquiry that will no doubt turn into a full-blown investigation any second now." That's the part I didn't understand in my previous post. What was an inquiry is now an investigation.
Also, the NCAA is already investigating the basketball program. Lack of institutional control?
