I think if you want to pick a school that is most likely to be tough on student protesters, you could do worse than UT.

She is currently working on a book manuscript examining the evolution of German military thought in the interwar era, as well as research on Israel's doctrinal lessons from the War of Attrition (1968-1970). At Stanford, she teaches Introduction to Military History, and seminars examining the First and Second World Wars.
To me, students should be able to engage in silent, non-disruptive protests, and short disruptive protests for a few minutes prior to a class or speech or lecture. Then they have to sit down and continue their protest out of earshot.Â
