Absolutely agree.  But I think Stanford needs UNC or Florida to win to make the playoff.

I just want our boys to win on Saturday and guarantee the Rose Bowl at a minimum against what will likely be a very good Iowa or a rematch against Michigan State.

Supposedly the Rose Bowl will choose the highest-ranked B1G team not in the playoff for their spot. So depending on the outcome of the B1GCG (bad blowout) OSU could sneak back in. We'll get a better idea of that when they release their rankings this week.
