According to this article (http://bsndenver.com/mike-macintyre-cu-b...s-to-come/), it looks like he'll be the Offensive Coordinator there, so a nice advancement for Troy.Â
I would expect that Troy's hoping for the same thing Scott Frost is--adding talented players in talent-rich Florida should allow you to have a reasonably explosive offense sooner rather than later, and that offense should be good for the career prospects for both Walters and Frost. This is Troy's ticket to a Power 5 offensive coordinator job in a few years, so good for him!
Shame for Colorado, though. I know Troy wasn't exactly going to be a lifer there, but I feel like he was a big part of getting that program to where it is right now. A lot of really close results and gutty performances from that team this year, despite being thoroughly outmatched talent-wise.Â
