I think it's a reason to prefer Ohio State, if your goal is to get national attention. For one thing, I don't think Ohio State is THAT much better than Iowa. Our chances of beating Ohio State are not meaningfully less that those of beating Iowa. The important thing would be the drama surrounding the upset. Upsets get a ton more air time than games that go according to script. I would love the hype.
