Frankly, I like that attitude - never be satisfied, not even with a Rose Bowl.
I was referring to more along these points, not the 3 game winning streak of beating C.al, N.D. and US.C, those are obviously great accomplishments and shouldn't be minimized, but just the level of expectations of what almost could have been and how close we were to the college playoffs.
My point was more along the level of expectations given our talent and potential that we were so close to making the four-team field, not to disparage the tremendous victories or great season we had, or the future of the program, but to reiterate the frustration some of us on this forum has expressed or are expressing over the lack of consideration in considering SoS in picking playoff teams (i.e. Oklahoma) or the probable East Coast/SEC bias of picking the Voldemort winner over our own incredibly awesome player who totally deserves the award.
