Like many of you, I am prepared for McCaffrey to finish 2nd (or even 3rd), primarily because of regional preferences. McCaffrey may only carry the West. Mayfield probably will get a lot of votes in the Southwest. Elliott in the Midwest. The voters in the South and East could leave McCaffrey off entirely in favor of Henry, Watson and Cook. Can McCaffrey pull enough 2nd and 3rd place votes across all regions to win?Â
