It's...marginally worth it. It's a central location where usually everyone is, and you'll bump into friends across all class years while eating nothing-special food/drinks. There are some fun carnival type things for the kids and a big stage where a small pep rally usually occurs with the band before the game. That's all I remember of the tailgate. Also, they ran out of food in 2013, and I will never forgive them for that. I'm not sure I ever got my money back.
