If you have lanyards with ticket slots from the last few bowl games, you can put your game ticket on one side and your tailgate ticket on the other.  If not, go buy one it's worth it.  Preserves your ticket and you never have to worry about where it is all day long.

Excellent advice. My wife and I paid twenty bucks for two ticket lanyards last time. It sounds ridiculous, but I've always had a thing about tickets as keepsakes, and these tickets are simply too beautiful to be folded up in a pocket. (We ended up selling ONE of those lanyards for twenty bucks during the game, so it worked out.)
