To be honest there really shouldn't be any restrictions on where students transfer. I don't even like the mandatory sit out year, or restrictions to transferring in conference. I especially don't like the rule for graduate transfers; once a player has graduated from a school, he should be able to go anywhere he wants with as much eligibility as he has left.
