ESPN's FPI ranks UCLA's offense 32nd, 13th, 17th, and 29th. Which is pretty solid, if not spectacular.

FPI seems even more of a black box than most of these things.

Here are a few others.

Points per drive: 49th, 24th, 41st, 30th (and I know what this one means)
FEI (drive based): 33rd, 11th, 23rd, 39th
S&P+ (play based): 42nd, 20th, 8th, 23rd

Bit of a mixed bag - not terrible.
