Well, if dissatisfaction is playing-time-driven, that would make the three departures (some hypothetical) all the stranger -- all three were starters. So it's possible there's some Stanford or David Shaw factor here. (For example, one non-Shaw Stanford factor: it could be that Stanford players are more likely to graduate in four years, which would make redshirt juniors more likely to leave.)
