That's Eugene.  They're crazy about Duck football.

Now Portland, they have the Portland State Vikings, 9-3 in the Big Sky conference, also Lewis & Clark who finished 0-7 in the NorthWest Conference. 

University of Portland stopped play in 1949, Oregon Institute of Technology stopped in 1994.

I have a friend who used to live in Portland and drove to Ducks games. Supposedly it was not an uncommon thing to do.
