Go to the Parking and Transportation department's website and look for C lots.  Those are unregulated on the weekend, I think...unless Stanford has turned into UT where ad hoc signage sprouts on every parking sign dictating that gameday means off-limits.  I doubt it though.  You can always park near a Marguerite stop and bus it in.  I think the San Antonio shopping center shuttle runs on the weekends.
