Who is it we think Alex, Alexa and Tess replaced? They are listed in the box score with 1 minute played each. So unless the play-by-play is just making things up, the earliest all three could have been in was with Brittany and Kaylee after Karlie fouled for the fourth time (which might make sense as a time to make the substitutions). This does give me some pause, however, in relying on the play-by-play to calculate differentials.

That substitution either occurred with 57 seconds left, or just past that mark. I didn't notice exactly who they subbed in for, but Brittany McPhee was definitely in the game at the end, because she figure in at least two of those three horrifying turnovers in a row. I know that run didn't matter -- we were way ahead -- but it still made my jaw drop.

I was sitting a few rows behind the Stanford bench. I am pretty sure that Tara was steaming, by her looks, posture, and the steam I saw coming out from her neck.
Luckily it only affected the final score and not the game.
U.SC without their 2 top pg's, in Adams and Barratt, are a different team, not a lot of ball movement. UCLA will not be easy on Sunday.
