My guess and only that is he was working with our pitching coach thus here.  But to add Crower we had to cut a player per the newish rules.  So depends on the timing but doubt he was throwing 95 in February.

I would have thought he had to remain a counter for football given the dual-sport hierarchy, but I don't know what happens once you completely abandon one of the sports.

But maybe none of that matters due to the newish rule you refer to?
