If someone challenges himself athletically and intellectually as much as Robertson does, and shows as much determination as he does, he's going to succeed at whatever it is he pursues in life. If Stanford can't see this, some deeper questions probably should be asked about who is Stanford material and who isn't.
He might not be as book smart as his classmates, but if he finds himself falling behind I have no doubt he will be determined to do better and get help.
