I was encouraged to provide examples. I did so in as open and honest a manner as possible. The fact that there are many on this board who believe those examples are trivial/fallacious does not come as a surprise.
I would posit that there is a difference between a candidate and an incumbent President. The latter should, ideally, try at least to present the pretense of representing all the American people.
