It is fascinating that two seemingly unrelated debates here revolve around the same thing. The Founders' intent re judicial review and Obama's intent when he made his "you didn't build that" comment. In each case each side is adamant they they understand the "true" intent. I know you think you understand what you think I meant, but what you think you heard me say isn't what I meant.
