Overall, I think our spring sports performances will be worse than last year (when we won Women's golf and Women's water polo, but unlikely repeats this year), but I think our distribution will be slightly better between men's and women's sports, so probably close to the same overall score.

I agree with your assessment.  The Men are averaging about 75 points per sport (including Fencing) across eight sports.  The Women are averaging about 62 points per sport across eight sports, but with better Spring prospects.  The 25 points for Field Hockey will probably be replaced with a better score.  Overall we should finish close to last year's total.

We are seeing the benefits of a broad portfolio of sports to maintain consistent overall performance.  The Men are up 84 points and the women are down 83 versus last year.
