At ESPN, Chris Low has an article listing the top 10 juniors or RS sophs for next year, based upon pro potential.

Our fave, McCaffrey didn't make his list though does appear in the secondary list of "Ten more who could jump into the top 10" (listed alphabetically)
On the one hand, broadly speaking, it seems pretty obvious that McCaffrey is one of the 10 best juniors for next year in a broad sense.
On the other hand, it is my impression that smaller RBs don't seem to be drafted very highly - at least not top 10 highly. Are there enough examples that make this untrue?
