Here's Pro Football Focus's preview of the season:

A couple of curious comments in that article.

Francis Owusu is their most physically-talented wide receiver,

Hmmm. Maybe, though I haven't really thought about him that way. Outside of the miracle catch, I wonder just what makes them state this.

Michael Rector will be their most productive wide receiver and Trenton Irwin should see a good share of third-down targets.

Both statements are probably true, though I think most Stanford fans are hoping that Irwin's production will be more than some third down targets ... not that those aren't very important.

The defensive line will be anchored by the versatile and productive Solomon Thomas and fifth-year senior DT Jordan Watkins.

As far as I can tell, this one simply involves not doing their homework.
Thomas for sure.
Watkins seems to be among those who might grab the #3 starting spot, but if he is really an anchor then I will be impressed by his late career development.
