Chryst has 2 years of eligibility after this year.

Chryst is a graduate transfer risk.  He has used his red shirt year, so an undergrad transfer is unlikely.  Watch out for the grad transfer specialists in Eugene.

QB injuries are common.  Look at Kansas St last year.  They lost their starting QB in the first quarter of the first game of the season.  Then they soon lost their 2nd string QB.  Chryst still has a brobdingnagian chance to still win the job or to see time due to Burns getting injured (not that I hope Burns gets injured.)
