I think so.  Browning looked really good out there.  Also, UW was very hyped coming into the season, but not all of us were convinced the hype was warranted.  I realize it is Rutgers, but good teams put away the teams they are supposed to put away.  They still need a marquee win, which i hope doesn't come until they play Oregon.
