I started reading this thread and thought the board had an overnight glasnost and Garvin + Old Guard were back.

Oh well, FWIW, I'm with Ferrari in that one can cook pizza in 90 seconds -that's what Neapolitans do at on a stone oven at about a million degrees and make the best pizza in the world, AFAIC. I'm not with him in that 90 seconds cooking time is a necessary condition to call it pizza.
