I had a $10 burger, medium rare, at Stumpy's on Lincoln Avenue in San Jose. Beef patty, braised short rib, new york sharp white cheddar, chipotle, sauerkraut, lettuce, pickles, sinister sauce. I would pay $30 for it, no lie.
