Calling Murphy and Alexander "backups" just doesn't seem right.  They're both experienced, and I bet they'd both start at a majority of FBS teams, and many PAC-12 teams.  Alexander has had some highs and lows, but was young and has kept improving.  Peterson pretends he isn't concerned who is playing the corners for us, but I bet he goes after them early.  Here's to an early pick-6!!
