Whoa, there.  Do recovering attorneys have to do a 12-step program, including this

• Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
  
• Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
  

? That's gotta be really challenging!  (I don't normally use smileys. I tried to drag in the wink smiley, but it didn't work.  Lawyer's have to be the most harassed class of people.)
