Yeah I don't know why they kept going for that deep pass.  Even in good situations it can be a bit of a toss-up where you hope the receiver gets enough height to have a shot, and you hope you overthrew it otherwise so no one gets it.  But Burns simply kept underthrowing.  Even when there was no INT it was up the WR to knock it away from an INT.
