On the sweep, yes, the guard missed his block.  It looked like he hesitated, trying to figure out which Arizona linebacker had the better line, and in doing so wound up caught between the two of them.

The tackler was the safety from the other side of the field, so clearly not a pre-planned LG assignment.  Attempted extra credit though.  The defender who hurdled the LG was too late--got caught up in the LOS from the misdirection and didn't make it out in time. 

Is that Hall from the LT position?  Excellent block, imho...though others will have more informed opinions.
