At 7-3, with a real possibility of 10 wins, seems Stanford should sneak back into the top 25 before it's all over. (In fact, there's a decent argument for that now, considering some of the 7-3 teams currently ranked.)
Will CM declare for the draft this year? If they go 10-3, it's hardly a terrible season, but wonder if the injury and lack of national lime light might make another year a good idea for him?Â
Anyone else at risk of declaring early this year?
Terrible defenses can make anyone look good I suppose, but it did seem the offense had fewer self-imposed mistakes. You have to think yesterday's team would have beaten Colorado (since even that game was a fumbled snap away), right?
Defense notwithstanding, Chryst just look better, right? Kept his head and eyes up under pressure, threw more accurately, didn't fumble, found the right play more often... Or was it just the terrible defense?
If Chryst grows into the job, or one of the young guys prove to be the real-deal, Stanford is sizing up to have a pretty strong returning team, considering all the young talent, right?
