What confused me was the strong safety down at right.  Wasn't the right side the play side of the formation?  You could conceivably run a counter to that side if you feel like it would have been better for the safety to be closer to the line and therefore more likely to be blocked.  Otherwise, my instinct is to run to where they aren't.
