My wife put up a column of post-it notes, each one a step that would have to happen for Stanford to go to the Rose Bowl.  The first was Washington beats WSU.  Done.  Moved and stuck on to the Rose Bowl column on the door.
The next was Utah beats Colorado.  Kept that game on while Stanford started.  Utah had its chances but couldn't pull it off.  Downer.

But, some of the great TV coverage came as the Colorado fans stormed the field. Just cascaded over the walls and passed through the cordon of useless security people. Finally, the wide shots and aerial shots showed they almost covered the entire field level.  Impressive sight and impressive spirit.  Not happy they beat us and terminated our RB hopes, but it was a fun game to watch.
