I won't be able to get to any of the venues, but I have a soft spot for the Sun Bowl, having attended it in 1977 with seven Stanford friends.  New Year's Eve in Juarez was one of the highlights of my early adulthood.  Of course, I fear that el Ciudad has been yuppified/gentrified  over the past 39 years....
