If Stanford's statement is to be believed, while on travel ban for alcohol violations among other issues, the Band had more alcohol violations. If true I'd say the action is warranted.
However, in light of the recent lawsuit, past recent issues, and the cloak of secrecy, Stanford has ZERO credibility here. Broadman might as well change his name to Wormer.
