That's not an absolute true fix on where the program administration sits on this issue,  but  I'm betting that starting the on-again/off-again freshman indicates they're thinking serious thoughts re Owusu.

The reward/benefit seems so small compared to the risk.  As it stands, I think most of us are in the same place here.

I fear/suspect if I lived in a different part of the country, that didn't really care about the long-term health of the "students", there might be a different perspective that would dominate this board.
