Not sure if this is a rhetorical question, but the answer is (arguably) yes.

No Pac-12 team beat an out of conference team currently ranked in the top 25 by the playoff committee, AP poll or coaches poll. However, KSU was the last of the teams in the AP's "also receiving votes", effectively ranked #38.

The only conference wins of note are our win vs KSU and UCLA and Utah's wins over BYU.

Consensus computer rankings had KSU at #36 and BYU at #40 after the regular season, and both teams won their bowl games.

UCLA's win over BYU was at BYU so there is an argument that it is more impressive than Stanford's home win against KSU, but all things considered the win by Stanford probably ranks slightly higher.
