I'm not sure we are crying out for true frosh per se, but would like it if guys in the program two or three years still didn't seem to have such a steep learning curve, if that is indeed what happened with Burns and Chryst. Could have been a million other things too.Â Well, not a million, but several.

Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working.I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work. Peter Gibbons
