Yes.  If Hansen, who is deemed to be incompetent, can still recruit top-100 players, a year after going winless in conference, imagine what a good coach could do.  Perhaps many of the coaches who turned us down last time might be more amenable this time around; the open civil war within the team has passed as most of the Rittman players will be graduating, and the old adage "don't replace the legend; replace the person replacing the legend" applies.
