Well, I would temper the hype a bit on the recruiting rankings. For example, re: da Silva, Rivals may (in the future? he's not ranked in the top 50 now. maybe we mean 247, who ranks him #44) think he's great, but the opinion isn't universally shared. 247's composite has him at #155. Judging by the scouting reports, da Silva's being ranked on potential rather than immediate impact -- sounds like he'll need time in the weight room first. (FWIW Draft Express loves him, thinks he's the #5 international player born in 1998).

So it's hard to say whether they're highly ranked because of immediate impact, or because of what they might become. A NCAA tournament goal is a nice aspirational one, but I don't expect an instant turnaround.
