Lonnie is Head Coach at#1 Florida State.  Jessica Allister is Head Coach at # 6 Minnesota.  They were easily my top 2 choices three years ago.  But no way.

They are both outstanding coaches and would turn us around.  Plus they would hire very good assistants which we don't talk about much. 

I trust Earl completely so we shall see what happens
