As I see it from afar, we are weak in wide receivers (Irwin and A-W OK but not world class--back ups iffy but possibly good) iffy vis a vis both QBs (but hopefully very good if Burns stays on the bench) and iffy on the OL (but enough talent there (including frosh studs) to do the job). The key? World Class Tight Ends (remember 2011-12?). Schulz is ready for a breakout. Smith is a stud if healthy. Harrington is good and Parkinson is a stud in waiting.
Let the opponents clog up the middle of the line if we try to run there, but if they commit their LBs there, the receiving middle is wide open for us. If they back up to protect the receiving middle, our RBs are good enough to penetrate, and our WRs are one on one for the pattern routes.
I'm really looking forward to the Fall.
