It could also be that this is the strategy but that said strategy will not succeed. If that happens, then Muir needs to find a coach that will be credible and that will take the job. In this case, he may not be confident that there will be improvement, but he at least has done something. That can work, as I think when JH was hired he fit into the "credible but not a sure thing" class. Let's all hope for a good hire, however it happens.
