It's 43.5 degF, raining lightly/misting, and lightly breezy (gusts up to 5mph). I imagine the wind speed may increase over the afternoon. Cold and wet...tough conditions.
Many of the morning teams are likely never going to recover from the morning challenges. Luck of the draw I guess.
